Our Leadership
We are real people building relationships, learning your business inside and out, and using our IT expertise to maximize your technology so it can help you maximize your business.
Jason Etheridge
CEO and Founder
Jason Etheridge is the Founder and President of Logic Speak, a managed IT services provider dedicated to empowering the modern workforce through proactive technology strategy, support, and cybersecurity. For more than 20 years, Jason has led the company with a commitment to operational excellence, service innovation, and meaningful community impact. Logic Speak’s mission is to use our abilities and technology to have a positive impact on our clients, employees, and the community, a principle that continues to guide Jason’s leadership and the company’s culture.
Jason began his career as a Technology Consultant with Hewlett-Packard following its acquisition of Extreme Logic, where he received the Extreme Logic Excellence Through Results award for his work with Ernst & Young. Before founding Logic Speak, he also served as Director of Information Technology at Extreme Logic and consulted numerous Atlanta-area businesses, designing and implementing technology systems that improved efficiency and reduced operating costs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry.
Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and is the Secretary of the Gwinnett Tech Foundation Board of Trustees, contributing his experience in technology, leadership, and organizational growth. He also participates in industry advisory boards, peer groups, and leadership development programs, investing in the success of others and the broader business community. Jason has also previously served as a contractor and volunteer in Guest Services at North Point Community Church.
When he’s not looking for ways to make Logic Speak better, Jason and his wife Jennifer spend their time chasing around their two boys and their labradoodle.

Adam Bieber
Director of Business Development
Adam Bieber leads business development at Logic Speak, where he helps organizations stop worrying about IT and get back to doing great work. He’s passionate about showing up FOR the community and building relationships that actually last. Adam works with teams that rely on trust and reliability, delivering cybersecurity and IT solutions that protect people and support growth. He believes technology should quietly do its job in the background, not demand constant attention. When systems work the way they should, teams are free to focus on their people, their customers, and their mission.
Adam loves to serve the community! He currently serves as a Board Member for the Alpharetta Business Council, Diplomat Chair for The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, and Board Member at Large for the Rotary Club of Alpharetta.
In his free time, Adam loves spending time with his family, serving at his church, watching sports (Go Dawgs), and adding to his ever-growing bourbon collection.
