– Line-of-Business Applications (e.g., CRMs, ERPs)
– Cloud vs. On-Premise: What’s the difference?
Week 2: Cybersecurity Basics
– Passwords & MFA: Why “123456” won’t cut it.
– Phishing & Scams: How to spot them and what to do.
– Data Protection: Backups, encryption, and compliance.
Week 3: Tools You Should Know
